We use RAID 5 which is a drive that has its data duplicated on 3 different drives or more using  a hardware RAID controller. If any drive fails, the others continue to function and your VPS and all data contained on it remain online. We then replace the failed drive with a new one.

No overselling

We promise not to oversell memory.  If a server has 20GB ram, then no more than 38 VPS will be created on it if each VPS is = to 512MB or less, so that customers receive 100%  dedicated memory, not shared.
